A former lawyer, Nathalie Buret now helps companies and their employees find energy, serenity, and mental clarity at work through movement, breathing, and practices accessible to everyone.

With her experience in law firms and corporations, she understands the constraints of the professional world: mental load, stress, sedentary lifestyle, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). She offers concrete solutions to reduce stress and tension while supporting efficiency and concentration at work.

The common problem

Days spent sitting or in repetitive postures, little movement, a lot of mental strain:

→ fatigue, tension, stress, decreased concentration and creativity.

A simple observation: a body that moves is a brain that functions better.

My approach: tailor-made and pragmatic

I offer support tailored to your needs and work environment, based on 3 complementary areas:

1- Awareness

Understanding the impacts of sedentary behavior and MSDs (conference or Movement Fresco)

2- Prevention

Workshops on stress management and musculoskeletal disorder prevention: teaching employees simple tools to prevent the onset of tension.

3- Action

Movement sessions accessible to all (chair, mat, active breaks); individual or small group sessions. Formats: in-person, video, workshops from 15 minutes to a full day depending on needs (day where I move from office to office).

Sedentary teams in open-plan offices, remote work, but also physical professions (production, industry, standing work).

3 Simple Tips for More Daily Vitality

  • Stand up at least every hour, even if only for 2 minutes.
  • Take a few conscious breaths when stressed or mentally overloaded.
  • Stretch and move, even while sitting in a chair or in the car—dare to make the movement you need!
