Article 2: Products

The website www.my-ergobox.fr offers a mobile work module for sale.

Availability : The product is in stock, unless otherwise indicated on the site at the time of ordering.

Article 3: Price

The price of the nomadic work module is set at 132.50 euros excluding tax . This price is indicated excluding tax and may be subject to the VAT applicable at the time of order validation.

Discounts may be applied for large quantity orders (more than 4 units). To benefit from these discounts, please request a quote by contacting us directly via the contact form or by email.

Article 4: Payment terms

Payment for the products can be made by the following means:

• Bank card
• Paypal

Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. Failure to pay will result in the order not being validated.

Article 5: Delivery

We offer you a free shipping in France and throughout Europe. All our deliveries are made by GLS , offering you the choice between:

Home delivery : receive your order directly at home.

Delivery to relay point : collect your package from the relay point of your choice. The choice of relay point is made after payment.

Delivery times:

Zone 1 : Delivery in 2 to 3 working days. (France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands)

Zone 2 : Delivery in 2 to 4 working days. (Andorra, Denmark, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia)

Zone 3: Delivery in 2 to 4 working days. (Austria)

Zone 4: Delivery in 3 to 5 working days. (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Republic of Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden)

Zone 5: Delivery in 3 to 5 working days. (Greece, Malta)

In case of delay in delivery, you will be informed by email.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product. The product must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, provided that it is in perfect condition.

Article 7: Guarantees

Products sold on www.my-ergobox.fr benefit from a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers defects of conformity and hidden defects under the conditions provided for by the legislation in force.

In the event of non-conformity of the delivered product, it may be returned and refunded or exchanged.

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the site www.my-ergobox.fr are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any total or partial reproduction of the site is strictly prohibited.

Article 10: Limitation of liability

Alba SARL cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.

Article 11: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 12: Mediation

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, you have the option of using a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The mediator's contact details will be provided upon request.
